Located in Germantown, Butler’s Orchard is renowned for its annual Pumpkin Festival, now in its 43rd year. The orchard offers a variety of activities including pick-your-own pumpkins and apples, hay rides, jump pads, playgrounds, a straw maze, a corn pool, and live entertainment on weekends.
Summers Farm
Summers Farm, situated in Frederick, is a festive destination featuring a Fall Festival with a pumpkin patch, pig races, giant slides, rubber ducky races, wagon rides, a jumping pillow, an obstacle course, and a petting zoo. The farm also hosts a corn maze that spans over five acres and is broken up into different difficulty phases.
Larriland Farm
In western Howard County, Larriland Farm offers an extensive selection of pumpkins and a variety of activities. With over 34 acres dedicated to growing fruits and veggies, the farm provides hay rides, a straw maze, and a boo barn filled with animated, not-so-scary ghosts and goblins.
Gaver Farm
In Frederick County, Gaver Farm hosts the Fall Fun Festival featuring over 65 farm attractions, including a corn maze, farm animal barnyard, games, mini mazes, bike tracks, and playgrounds. The farm also holds a Farm Market and farm fresh food stands, offering pick-your-own pumpkins and apples on weekends.
Baugher’s Orchard
Baugher’s Orchard in Carrol County opens its doors from May to November for seasonal fruit and vegetable picking. The Fall Harvest Festival at Baugher’s includes apple picking, a pumpkin patch, face painting, hay rides, a petting zoo, and pony rides, providing plenty of activities for families to enjoy.
